Each month I’ll be offering a new lecture on topics around longevity and lifestyle, focused on the things we can all be doing to extend our health spans. These lectures are free and open to the public, so register early to secure your spot!

Eating for Longevity: Transitioning to a more plant-based diet

The science is clear that eating a more plant-based diet (Mediterranean, Blue Zones, etc.) is better for your long-term health (and better for the planet). But how do we do that?

Based in large part on the book “How Not to Age,” by Dr. Michael Greger, I’ll talk about how a plant-based diet addresses some of the common pathways of aging, how I’m going about figuring out what my diet should look like based on my particular health concerns (as an example), and more importantly, how do we change our dietary habits?
