Individualized 1:1 movement training sessions focused on your needs and goals, addressing both where you are in the present moment and where you want to be.
Whether you are recovering from an injury or surgery and need to re-gain strength and mobility, want to improve your athletic performance, or simply want to feel better, stronger, and more resilient in your body, I can help you move forward in your pursuit of physical well-being.
My goal is to get you feeling better in your body, increase your range of motion, balance and tune your neuromuscular & myofascial systems, engage your curiosity, help you build strength and endurance for the things you like to do, and help you feel more at ease, capable and confident in your body. We rarely do the same thing twice, and the session unfolds from one mo(ve)ment to the next.

- Your own body-weight
- Medicine balls (4-8 lbs)
- Resistance bands
- TRX suspension system
- Physioballs
- Foam roller
- Barre
- Mat
Sessions are 50-60 minutes long, and can be conducted in-person or virtually.
