Dynamic Flow

Level 1 Classes

These classes, from a 10-class Level 1 series I taught in 2022, focus on the basic principles and movement patterns of DF. These sessions provide a good introduction to moving with the ball, finding stability and balance, and allowing movement to flow through the body. While there is a progression, you should feel free to jump to the later sessions if the earlier ones feel too easy.

Level 2 Classes

These classes, also from a 10-class series I taught in 2022, focus on 4 elements of Dynamic Flow: strength, core, release and balance. While the movement patterns are similar to those in Level 1, here they are extended, requiring a bit more coordination and physical exertion.
